We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to support our Customer Success team. This is a great opportunity for students interested in cybersecurity, customer relations, and technical support, offering valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and basic issue resolution.
- Support onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Help maintain customer documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to analyze user feedback and improve service.
- Monitor support tickets and escalate issues to relevant teams when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills—able to assist customers with clarity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Previous customer support or technical support experience is an advantage but not required.
