We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to play a key role in bridging our cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions with customer needs. You’ll work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams, demonstrating our AI-driven security platforms to prospects, delivering technical expertise, and driving successful sales engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers, understand their security challenges, and position CYFOX solutions as the best fit.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) showcasing the power of our cybersecurity technologies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to craft compelling technical narratives that align with business objectives.
- Work with R&D and product teams to provide feedback based on customer needs and industry trends.
- Support technical evaluations, including architecture discussions, deployment strategies, and integration requirements.
- Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or cybersecurity engineering.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, such as XDR, SIEM, compliance automation, endpoint security, or cloud security.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills—able to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with CISOs, security teams, and IT decision-makers.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, etc.).
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer success.
- Technical hands-on ability—experience with scripting, APIs, or cloud-based security solutions is a plus.
